About Kathryn
Kathryn Wolfe is Senior Lecturer Media Performance and Course Leader TV Production at the University of Bedfordshire. She is a BBC-trained director with over 25 years’ experience in directing mainstream broadcast programmes in virtually every genre.
Her Credits include BBC’s Breakfast Time, The Clothes Show, Teletubbies, Tweenies and Crimewatch UK, ITV’s Michael Winner’s True Crimes, Drivers from Hell, Strange But True, and digital educational channel Teachers TV.
The dozens of well-known presenters Kathryn has worked with include Chris Tarrant, Emma Freud, Penny Smith, Nick Ross, Danny Baker, Paul Ross, Debbie Greenwood, Selina Scott, Justin Fletcher and Hermione Cockburn.
Kathryn teaches TV presenter training in open classes at the Actors Centre and City Lit in London’s Covent Garden. You can also see Kathryn for private TV presenting tuition in North-West London. Kathryn’s well-received and hands-on TV presenter training book, ‘So You Want to be a TV Presenter?‘ is out now.
Kathryn is an Associate of the Higher Education Academy and BA (Hons) Drama, Bristol University.
